BIG CAT PAGE
The videos below were
all filmed in a one acre area. All the wild life I catch on video are always
looking around. Mountain lions however look straight
ahead with no concern about possible
predators. The below lion was walking along the edge of a
cliff a while after sunset.

I have only caught a big cat video in daylight twice.
The two below
don’t appear to be fully grown.

Lion I caught on a game camera. I should of set the record time longer.

The two videos below
were captured with a Chinese made game camera. The night videos were always
very grainy.

The video below is not very easy to see.
The lion
approaches from the right to the left at
eight seconds
into the video and then turns South along head of a
ravine. The light in the distance is the infrared light
from another camera.

This lion walked north
along the top of the East bank of Miller Creek and
then turned east and walked up the bottom of the ravine. It walked across the
back yard of at least six cabins.

I assume this cat is the
same one that passed through two days earlier.
It placed it’s
paws exactly in the same
foot prints it left two days earlier. When it got to
the end of the ravine it walked out on an elevated dock 100
feet and then jumped off on to the ice and continued into the rec area.

was set to take still photos.

Deer are the primary
diet of mountain lions. This one came along about an hour after a lion passed
through.
He knows there is a big
cat somewhere. I have caught hundreds of deer on camera but never one this
spooked.

Bobcats
Some of these bobcats are
pretty big. If they had a long tail you would
confuse them as a young mountain lion. One of the
videos of a pair
of bobcat kittens is two minutes long.

The following link is of two kittens. The second one shows up at 40
seconds into the video.
The first one was really curious what was over the edge of the cliff.

The next two videos are of a buck chasing a doe. He has her trapped
between the bluff and
himself. The doe is at the far distant right at the
beginning of the first video.
